The BritRail London Plus railpass is available to people of all ages as follows:
- Adult (for those aged 26 to 59 years)
- Senior (for those aged 60 and over)
- Youth (for those aged 16 to 25 years)
- Children (for those aged 5 to 15 years)

Infants under five travel free and do not need a pass.

| Classes and validity |
|
| The flexible BritRail London Plus railpass is available in Standard (2nd) class or in First class. It is available for either 2 or 4 days of travel within a validity period of 8 days; or for 7 days of travel within a validity period of 15 days. |

| The BritRail London Plus is a railpass for everybody - except residents of the United Kingdom and residents of the Republic of Ireland. |

| The railpass is NOT valid on First Great Western services west of Didcot Parkway. |

| This railpass is for visitors to the UK including those from Europe. However it is NOT available for people living or residing in the UK. |

| Refunds |
|
| Completely unused and unvalidated BritRail London Plus railpasses can be refunded if they are returned to RailChoice before the validity start date. A 20% administration fee is made by RailChoice. |
|
| Lost, mutilated, stolen or destroyed tickets are non-refundable. |
|
| Sometimes special refunds may be authorised in the event of train service disruption. Applications must be made in writing enclosing the pass and wherever possible a confirmation of disruption of service from a railway official. |
